Velents.AI
In this project case study, I will be sharing my experience designing a platform which automate the hiring process in one place without any hussle. The goal was to create a platform that made it easy speed up your hiring, with AI screening, skills assessments, code tests and video interviews, you can hire talents quickly and efficiently.
The journey began with a through exploration of the existing dashboard. Through extensive user interviews, surveys, and analytics, I uncovered crucial pain points of the user's experience. From complex navigation structures to a lack of intuitive data visualization, the existing design posed challenges for users at every turn!🚀
Breaking down the project
To ensure the redesign's success, it was imperative to align the visions of the development team, stakeholders, and design team. Collaborative brainstorming sessions became the cornerstone of this phase. Through open communication and shared objectives, we established a unified vision for the redesigned dashboard that prioritized user-centricity and functionality. From there, I created a high-fidelity prototype and conducted usability testing to refine the design and improve the user experience. The final design included features such as a personalized dashboard and an easy-to-use & user-friendly AI solution.
Collaborating with the internal team
Throughout the process and a key highlight to me, I worked closely with engineering and AI team. Daily stand-ups, attending sprint planning sessions, and continuous communication channels were established to facilitate a smooth transition from design to development. This collaborative approach ensured that our user experience was translated accurately into the final product.
Conclusion & Takeaways
The redesign journey of the Velents.AI dashboard was not just about transforming visuals to me; it was about elevating the overall user experience.
